Staff Information
The Maintenance Operations Department is comprised of custodial, facility maintenance, and grounds services. We are committed to providing the students, staff and community of Delhi with clean, safe and functional facilities and grounds.

Maintenance Personnel
This area of our department is committed to multiple services. A maintenance staff member is generally assigned to one site and is responsible for facility and grounds services.
 
Gilbert Cortez- Maintenance/ Mechanic/ Bus Driver
Services: primarily maintenance and transportation mechanic and back up bus driver. Serves maintenance during school breaks and other times as needed.

Services: All Sites, maintenance, HVAC, electrical support, and back-up bus driver.

Custodial Personnel
This area of our department is responsible for classroom, office, restroom cafeteria, and gymnasium cleaning services. We run in two shifts throughout the day. The day shift is responsible for driving morning and afternoon bus routes and cleaning restrooms and cafeterias during school hours. The night crew is responsible for thorough cleaning of all areas after school hours.
