• Immunization records
• IEP, court, or health documents (if applicable)
Eligibility:
• TK: Children who turn 4 on or before September 1, 2026
• Kinder: Children who turn 5 on or before September 1, 2026

Students must be up to date on required vaccines to enroll. Families with children needing immunizations are encouraged to attend upcoming FREE Merced County WIC immunization events. No appointment needed!
