As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, all families are asked to complete the Student Data Confirmation process through the Aeries Parent Portal before the first day of school.
Data Confirmation allows parents and guardians to review and update important student information, including:
Emergency contacts
Parent and guardian contact information
Home address
Medical information
Authorizations and annual notifications
Other required student records
Keeping this information current helps us communicate with families and ensures we have accurate records to support your student throughout the school year.
Need Assistance?
The district will offer free Parent Data Confirmation Workshops for families who need assistance completing the online process.

Workshop Hours:
Morning:
8:00–10:00 a.m.
Afternoon:
2:00–4:00 p.m.
District staff will be available to answer questions and assist families with completing Data Confirmation. If available, please bring your Aeries Parent Portal login information.
Important Reminder for Middle and High School Families
Students attending Delhi Middle School and Delhi High School must have Data Confirmation completed before class schedules can be released during Hawk Lift Off activities. Families who have not completed Data Confirmation will be directed to the Data Confirmation station before receiving their student's schedule.
We encourage all families to complete the process as early as possible to avoid delays before the start of school.
